Handsome Large Balloon Garland Kit

We ♥ these balloon garland kits from the #joymakers Poppies For Grace! They come with shades of blue and green balloons in a range of sizes (from 30cm to 60cm). The kit comes with everything you need to make a gorgeous garland. No experience necessary! All the instructions are included, and a link to an online tutorial is here.
