Pastel Rainbow Large Balloon Garland Kit

We ♥ these balloon garland kits from the #joymakers Poppies For Grace! They come with a mix of pretty pastel colours in a range of balloon sizes (from 30cm to 60cm). The kit comes with everything you need to make a gorgeous garland. No experience necessary! All the instructions are included, and a link to an online tutorial is here.
